Do you Hear the Voice that Calls from Within!

Hello Beautiful Ladies,

As the year draws closer to the halfway mark, I want to encourage you all to remain committed to your goals. You all have tasks you want to accomplish before the end of 2011. For some of you, you may have already seen the manifestation of those desires. For others, you may be holding steadfast to faith that God will deliver on that which you believe. I join with all of you in thanking God for answering your prayers and
making good on his promises.

So while you reflect on the past 4 months and prepare for the summer, I want to challenge you to “become what you want” right now! I believe that we all can have and be whatever we want- whether it is a promotion, a degree, better
relationships, more confidence, a healthy body, a new home, or a business.
Whatever you have in your heart to have or be is already inside of you. Your
job is to start acting, looking, talking, dressing, and BEING the thing you
desire. What do I mean? Well, let’s look at an example. If you want a promotion
on your job, then you need to start behaving like someone who already has the
promotion. In other words, what is going to be expected of you when you get
that new title? Will you need to get to work earlier and dress nicer? Well,
instead of waiting for the new job to come to you, become the person who
already has the promotion.

When I was preparing to complete my doctorate I would look at myself in the mirror everyday and say “I am Dr. Sunne-Ryse Smith”. Then I would go to work and push myself to take on more difficult tasks and read academic articles to gain additional knowledge. I became a doctor of psychology before I received the actual degree.

Sometimes we talk ourselves out of what we say we want because we are afraid of the responsibility that will come with the “thing” we say we want. So if you want a new home, you need to become that new home now. For instance, how would you take care of that house? Well then, start taking care of your current home as if it is the
new house.

Realize this sister- that which you are becoming or seeking is seeking you! Your new business is seeking you! Your happy marriage is seeking you! Your promotion is seeking you!

If I walked in your house and called out to you, you would say “here I am Sunne-Ryse”. Based on where Iheard your voice, I would move in that direction until I found you! If you didnot know your name or who you were, you would never respond to me. Just as you know your name, you also know what you want and who you want to be. So my
sisters, answer the voice of that promotion when it calls you. Answer the voice
of the new house. Answer the call of that advanced degree, or healthy body, or
wonderful relationship. As you answer with “here I AM“, that
“thing” will find its way to you!

So tomorrow I charge you to:

1. .Call yourself the thing you are desiring ( I Am…a
   new home owner, a college graduate, a sexy wife, a successful business
   woman, a director, a dancer, an author, a mother) and say it every day
   until you see the manifestation.
2. Find a book or magazine that will educate you on the
   thing that you are seeking and make it a point to read about it every
   day. Become an expert!
3. Find a picture that represents the thing and create an
   image of yourself in the experience you desire. Put it in a place where
   you can look at it every day. Live in the moment!
4. Ask yourself what you should look like and then start
   dressing the way you want others to see you! (Keep in mind you do not have
   to go out and buy a new wardrobe.) Just put forth the time and energy in
   preparing your look every day!
5. Finally, kick ALL haters to the curb. Anyone who
   cannot accept where you want to go, is not ready for the
   journey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know you can do it!

Now go forth and “be” the voice
that calls from within you!
